Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at the steel rubber scraper and rubber tuck tool. Now this steel rubber scraper and rubber tuck tool is a compact multipurpose tool designed mainly for windshield gasket, weather strip, and automotive glass installation. The big advantage is that it can help with two different parts of the job, so you don't necessarily have to keep switching between separate tools. Before installing a new gasket or weather strip, you're going to be able to use the tool to scrape away old glue and adhesive from the metal surface.
It's designed to do that without scratching or gouging the metal. Getting that old material out of the way is going to give the replacement seal a cleaner surface to sit against. And then once you're ready to install, the same tool can be used to tuck and seat the rubber gasket into place.
