Ready to tackle your next upgrade? This panel is built for real adventures and easy DIY installs, so you can add or replace a solar panel, power up your rig, and spend more time off the grid, rain or shine.
You may not need an entire solar kit when one panel is damaged or your current array needs a little more capacity. This 250-watt panel gives you a practical way to replace a compatible panel or expand an existing 12V solar setup without purchasing components you already have. It can be wired in series or parallel as your system allows, giving you room to build an array around your battery bank, available mounting space, and daily power needs.
Solar conditions rarely stay the same all day. Morning light, passing clouds, and changing sun angles can reduce the energy reaching your roof. The panel's 16-busbar N-Type TopCon monocrystalline cells are designed to collect available sunlight efficiently, helping your system continue charging as conditions change. Anti-reflective glass allows more sunlight to reach the cells, helping the panel make better use of the space it occupies on your RV, van, boat, or other solar setup.
A permanently mounted panel has to handle more than sunny afternoons. Tempered glass, a black anodized aluminum frame, and water-resistant connections help protect it from regular travel and exposure to outdoor conditions. The panel is tested for wind, snow, and hail loads, so it is prepared for the changing conditions your rig may encounter throughout the year.
Pre-drilled frame holes work with common ground mounts, Z-brackets, pole mounts, and tilt mounts, giving you flexibility when planning the installation. Industry-standard solar connectors also make it easier to connect the panel to compatible wiring and equipment. At 26.9 lbs, the panel is manageable to position while you line up mounting points and connections. You can add the solar capacity you need without rebuilding the rest of your system.

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Rich Solar mega 250 watt solar panel. Folks, it's 12 volts, 250 watts, and a nice black trim finish. So folks, if you're on this page, I wanna point out from the get go, this is a replacement solar panel, or an addition, depending on what you're needing. So if got to this page or this video even and you're looking for information about solar, we have a lot of information on our website, you can go to that link there at the top. You will need a lot of other things that are not included with just this panel that we're looking at today, so, you're gonna need to charge controller, batteries, the panels themselves, and maybe even in power inverter potentially, depending on what your needs are.
So this is just a quick snip from our website. We have a four step guide to install an RV solar power, there's RV solar calculators in this link that can help you with how much power do I need, what size system do I need for all my wants and needs So check that out and get a better idea or contact us, phone, chat, email, we're here to help you. Now again, this 250 watt off grid power solar panel will give you 12 volts, so your RV's, battery bank, van, whatever you're using it for, give you charged, topped off whenever you're camping boon docking. It's gonna give you consistent output and low light. These mono crystalline cells deliver strong performance even on cloudy days, so they're pretty impressive on the newest technology they're using today.
They can withstand hail, wind, snow, they can take a beating, they're test to survive tough conditions, year after year after year. And I'm gonna go ahead and spin this around real quick so we can look at part of the back. (panel clinking) So you can see the connectors that it comes with as well. So you have a positive, it's marked, and a negative, it's marked. And these are quick plug and play connectors that'll match up to your other set by Rich Solar.
And on the outside of this frame, it's hard to see 'cause it's black on black right now, but you have elongated holes all the way around the frame, and that's gonna make it easy to install. So it's gonna fit those industry standard connectors, and it's gonna fit different kinds of connectors as far as the brackets and everything, as far as mounting it, and those kind of things. And zooming out so you can see the whole back, again, a nice black frame, lightweight. It's gonna be 60 and five-eighth inches tall overall, 29 and seven-eighth inches wide, and about one and one-eighth inch thick. So there you go folks, again, a great addition if you need to add another 250 watt addition panel, or if you replace the one that maybe got damaged or something, this is a great option for you.
Again, the Rich Solar Mega 250 Solar panel. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.

It’s working awesome. I like having the large Rich Solar mega panel on the roof as opposed to a bunch of small ones. It keeps our 300 ah LiPo battery at full charge.
