Speaker 1: Today, we're going to take a look at the K-Source replacement side mirror. This is going to have electric and heat with signal, and it comes in a textured black, and this is going to be for the driver side.So, this is going to be a direct replacement for your vehicle's side mirror. It does have the power features for electric adjustment, as well as heated glass, and the turn signal on the front there going all the way around, so it does have that amber light to flash whenever that turn signal is activated. It also has the breakaway feature. So, you can see it's split there, so this can break away whenever you are in close proximity parking, or maybe on a narrow street.It does have OE grade flat glass with the first surface plating to reflect clear images. So, basically, that just means that this has a flat lens, so it's not going to be concave or convex to distort the images.
It's going to reflect a true representation of the object size behind you, and it's going to be highly reflective with that plated chrome.It has a durable plastic housing, that texturized black finish, and it does come with the cover to go over this. Now, the reason why this comes separate, is so you can paint this to match your vehicle's paint, so that you don't have this mismatching your vehicle. This is going to be an easy no drill installation. It's going to have the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror. It's just going to plug directly into the existing wiring on your vehicle.This is going to match the original equipment, or OE numbers 876101M005, as well as 876161M005.
Again, this is going to work for the driver side. Now, one thing to note with this is that the power remote capability, the heated glass and turn signal of this mirror will only work if your vehicle already has those functions, so it's not going to upgrade your mirror if you don't already have the wiring for that. And this is going to fit the 2011 through 2014 Kia Forte5 Hatchback, as well as the 2011 to 2013 Kia Forte Sedan. And that's going to do it for our look at the K-Source replacement side mirror with electric heat and signal.
