Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this case source replacement side view mirror. This is going to be a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on your 2010-2012 Lexus ES 350. This is modeled after your Lexus's original mirrors look and fit so should blend right in with your Lexus, shouldn't be able to tell that it's a replacement. And so it's definitely gonna be a better option for you than the piece-together from the junkyard look.
And because this is modeled after the original fit, it's gonna be very easy to get installed. You're gonna have the same footprint and mounting points as the factory mirror, so you're not gonna have to drill any new holes or anything like that. And it is going to plug into the existing electrical wiring on your vehicle. So very easy to get set up, you don't have to pay a mechanic to do it for you, you can easily do it on your own. So this is going to have the power remote capability so you can adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle.
It's also gonna have the heated mirror glass, it's gonna clear frost and ice, and help reduce fogging. It's got the amber light on the side here, that's going to flash when your turn signal is activated. And then on the bottom, we do have the puddle lamp that's going to illuminate the area under the mirror. This also has the memory function, so your car's computer will recognize the preset mirror positions and adjust for you. So all of those capabilities are of course, only going to work if your vehicle is already equipped with them.
So if your original mirror had that capabilities this will give you those same functionalities, but it won't add those functions if your vehicle is not already equipped with them. One feature that this mirror does not have is the auto-dimming function, so just one fewer function than the original mirror, but it is gonna be the same OE-grade, convex lens. So it's gonna give you a nice, clear image with that reflective chrome on the front of the glass, giving you a nice, clear image of what's coming up behind you or as you're backing up. And of course, it does have the con lens, like most passenger side mirrors to give you a nice wide angle view to help reduce those blind spots. It also has a breakaway design, so it will fold in on itself, if you we're to bump into a parking post or something along those lines to minimize the risk of damage, absorb some of that impact.
It does have a durable plastic housing with this black finish. This can be painted to match your vehicle's color for an even more integrated look, if you like. And for those of you who need a little bit more reassurance that this is going to be the mirror that you need, this is going to replace those original equipment numbers that you see on the screen there. So if you going through your owner's manual, or when you took off the original mirror, if you see either of those numbers anywhere, this is gonna be the mirror that you need. And this is just the passenger side, but we also have the driver's side available for your Lexus ES 350. If you we're to need both at the same time that is available using that part number that you see on the screen there. So that's gonna complete our look for today. Mirror worked out great.installation was straight forward.
However I would think that a fragile object like a mirror could have been packaged better.

Transaction with you was pleasant. However,the after-market product is inferior to the dealer's, in that the HEATING ELEMENT does NOT cover the entire surface of the mirror & takes much longer to work.
The passenger side mirror for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra proved a no-sweat installation and all the electrics worked at a quarter the cost of a factory replacement mirror.

Timely arrival, installation is not easy but doable, with basic skills and minimal tools it can be done in a few hours. [online video] helps. Fit great, worked as it should and this guy is happy. Quality is impressive and seems well built; time will tell. Customer service is excellent, emailed them with questions, next day response, convinced me this is a good quality company and wants to keep my business.

Works great had it installed at the dealership. Would not accept my chrome piece that snaps into the back of the mirror, (different tab locations from OEM) but I needed the mirror more than the chrome. Would highly recommend for replacement.
When i ordered the driver side mirror, i was disappointed to find that it did not match my original toyota mirror. Since i only needed to replace one mirror, having to order a passenger side mirror to replace a perfectly good mirror was not ideal. My toyota factory mirror covers do not fit your mirror and your mirror is bigger and is a different shape.
Arrived on time, appears to be a perfect match. Will follow up if any post-install problems. Customer service on the transaction was excellent.
I bought this mirror online a while ago for my Santa Fe sport AWD 2017, when I was buying that time I thought it will have all functions in a same way my old side mirror performing that time. But my BSD system in Car stopped working since the first day of install as this new mirror wont support that Blind Spot detection or this mirror only for heat and signal. Overall, I would like to recommend this mirror.
....although the delivery of the item I ordered was longer than originally committed to by etrailer, when the item finally arrived, the product was as described and a factory replacement for the vehicle.

Fits my 2018 Rav4 Adventure. Watched [online] videos on how to replace. Completed the project in about 30 mins. (Pretty easy) Dealership quoted me at ~$500 for the repair and install so saved a lot of money in the long run. Package shipped quick and staff alerted me about shipping every step of the way. Will definitely re-buy from this site the next time I need to make a repair!
etrailer got us a wonderful looking replacement mirror, the electric remote and lights work like new, and the customer service was over-the-top. The dealer wanted $450+ to replace a side mirror on a 2010 Kia, but etrailer's $70 replacement is as good as new, easy to install, and brought my daughter's car back to life. When the first one was damaged in shipment, the etrailer staff was quick to remedy and keep me posted. Mirrors for 03 Silverado. Trailer mirrors before removal and the new mirrors I purchased. Power with manual fold, heated and signal in mirror. Easy change and exact fit.
Appears well constructed and perfect fit. Wire harness was perfect. 100% replication of functions. Mirror to door seal may leak over time. Factory seal was thicker, and could not re-use due to minor difference in mirror construction. Also, factory wire harness had a protective snap-in shroud and a few more wires, but does not appear to matter. I would recommend. My truck is 2007 Silverado Classic.
