The mirror fits perfect and looks good. However, the mirror (not housing) vibrates while driving distorting your view. Even after surrounding the mirror with the included adhesive felt, it still vibrates. The felt looks like a redneck hack job. I would return but have no other option but purchase the OEM for $1K from the dealer. I will learn to enjoy the bouncing cars in the mirror for now.
Mirror fit perfectly. Box looked a little rough, despite the handle with care sticker. But no shipping damage. THANK YOU SHIPPERS, for being there.

Excellent replacement side mirror for my Suburban. You get the entire part in the picture with the mirror! Great value. Reasonably priced, good quality. Dealer wanted over $500. Very thrilled with this purchase. Screws stick out for easy mounting, one electrical plug for wiring, and rubber for a tight seal. Looks like OEM mirror. Fast shipping!
These are hard to find in the junk yard. Usually a vertical crack. This one was priced good but it shook so bad on the truck I almost couldn't use it. As a trailer pulling guy, I need good mirrors. I tried the two choices etrailet had and they both failed. The other one ripped off at the pivot. This one tore there. I found a junkyard one finally and now I use that. If shaking doesn't bother you and you need new.....this will work. Otherwise............
Mirror works fine, though there is a electrical hum coming from the mirror after we installed it on my son's Jetta. The factory mirror doesn't have this hum. Additionally the foam piece that seals/cushions the mirror (part number 2016-187-RH) is too thick. There was about an 1/8" gap between the mirror and the door when using the supplied foam piece. We took it off and put the factory piece on and the mirror was flush to the door.
