Video Transcript for Checking Out the Ventline Pinnacle Ducted RV Range Hood with Light

Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this Ventline chemical RV range hood. This is going to be a nice low profile contemporary black range hood with this stainless steel trim here. It's going to be a nice upgrade for your RV's kitchen. It does feature an efficient 12 volt single speed fan.

That's going to pull air in through this seven and three 16th inch diameter, aluminum mesh grease filter. If you want to clean that grease filter you can just twist that knob there and this filter does pull out so you can easily clean that up and then reinsert it just like that in the opposite direction. Slide it in place there like so and then twist that back in place to hold it. So, the air is going to flow through your grease filter there and then out your nine and five eighths of an inch wide by three inch tall rear output. So any heat, odor, smoke, steam is going to be pushed out of your RV.

So it's not going to be making the inside of your RV uncomfortable or unpleasant. This does have a locking dampener that's going to prevent any debris from entering the range hood as well as the duct which is going to be insect and water resistant. So you're not going to have to worry about anything getting in there that way. This does have the two rocker switches at the front here. You can see.

So if I get this hooked up to power very easy to do. Just connect to my ground to my white wire there. My black to my power. Then I can push on our fan button here and that will turn on the fan. Vent that through.

I'm gonna turn it off as well. And then I can turn on the light here. So, that's going to be a nice decently bright light. So if we need a nightlight at night or just need to see what we're cooking a little bit clearer it gives us plenty of light for that. There's a LED light in there. So it's going to be very efficient for us as well. Our overall dimensions we're right at 22 and one eighth of an inch wide. Just over 22 inches wide by 18 inches deep Here, from the front to the back. Right at 18 inches and our max height is right at four and two quarters of an inch tall. This does have a nice durable metal construction with a powder coated paint. That's going to help resist scratching and chipping. Our wiring compartment cover here is a polypropylene construction. So it will hold up really well for you. As I pointed out before that does have the two wire design and that is going to conform to the UL and CSA standards. And this is made here in the USA. So you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the US. So overall, I think this is going to be a really nice option for you. If you are looking for that black finish with that stainless steel accent I think this will do a good job for you.
