AJ: What's up everybody, it's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be checking out this plastic siding cover for your RV screen doors or P style screen doors. We have an old one on here and it's going to work a lot like that. So that's good, you can use it as a handle to help close the door when it's open, or if your screen door is attached to your main door, you can use it to cover that up, that way when the door is open and exposed to the elements it's not going to cause any problems. This is out of sight, out of mind. Same thing if the door is closed, you wanted to keep your kiddos away from it, just close that they won't see it there, they won't mess with the door.
Let's check it out.It's a pretty easy installation too. So we'll just go ahead and pop the old one out and put our new one in. I'm going to set the new one aside here for a second. You don't need any tools, you just need to push up and see how it's got a little bit of movement in the tracks there, just push it up and kind of pull one side out and then it comes right out. It's going to be a really easy replacement from here, we're just going to repeat our steps just in reverse.We're going to put it up there in that first groove here closest one to us right now.
I'm going to do it in the middle because it felt like the corner is going to fight us here so it's easier to push it in in the middle in the center. So just push up on it a little bit, make sure it gets in that track underneath. Went a little past it so I just push back on it, falls right in the track. It's that easy, now it easily will slide back and forth just like our old one did.It really is that simple. Now if your RV door looks a little bit different and you're going to match a different color, they do come in smoke, which is kind of a clear gray one you can see through, there's a brown one, then there's an off white one called ivory.
So if any of those colors match your door, those are probably the ones to go with. Thanks for hanging out, I hope this helps.

Slider screen door worked correctly. The screen stop does not fit. Too small. Latch was correct.
They are a little short and come out of the tracks almost every time we slide them.
The panel is not deep enough to allow the door handle to clear I had concerns about this but one of your agents convinced me it would work.

The door parts I ordered have been high quality and work as new after a year. Ive bought many other parts from etrailer for the right price. Quality. Will continue buying from etrailer
It was exactly what I needed and the color was perfect. It was a bit tight width wide and made it hard to slide so I trimmed it off a bit with a small hand planer and now it is a perfect fit. It still looks and works like new!!

Great service and delivery, exactly the right piece. Easy to remove old broken slide and install new one.
I would give the panel a good rating but it won't fit. It needed to be 1and 5/8" tall to fit over the door handle. I will have to return the panel. You can see the issue in the attached photo. All other dimensions work.

The door slide come in a good box and looked heart and it fits nice and tight
The slide works very well. The only problem is that it does not clear the handle of the main door when they are closed together as the original did.
