Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this replacement slow close toilet seat for your Dometic RV Toilets in Bone. Now this is a replacement slow close toilet seat and the lid is made specifically for those Dometic Toilets. It's designed to be a direct replacement, so you're not gonna be modifying anything or guessing on fit. So this is going to fit the Dometic model numbers that you see there on your screen.
4310, 4410, and 8700. Now this seat is in that Bone color the Dometic commonly uses and it includes the seat, the lid, and the mounting hardware. And one of the main upgrades is going to be the slow close hinges and that's gonna help prevent slamming and make it quieter and more durable over time. Now, I really can't give you a demonstration of the slow close hinges because these do have to be mounted onto your toilet seat. But as you can see these, when I'm pushing them down, they go down slowly.
So you can see that resistance there. So once you have this mounted on your toilet, then the lid and the seat are gonna go down very slow. So if you're looking for that feature, this is gonna be exactly what you need. This is a durable seat and I wanted to show you that this does use the Dometic mounting size here. So if you can see that, on center, looks like we're sitting pretty close to, line that up a little bit better there for you, looks like we're pretty on center, seven and 1/2 inches or so.
So this does use that Dometic mounting with that seven and a1/2 inch between the mounting holes. So it's gonna line up correctly with those toilet bases. So again, hardware is included as you can see here.
