Keep the interior of your vehicle clean with this functional, custom floor mat. Rear liner has a rigid plastic core for durability, and its unique, rubberized outer shell grips carpeting while it channels and traps water and debris.

Digital laser measurements of the interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Today on our 2017 Volvo XC90 we'll be having a look at the Weathertech second row rear auto floor mats in black, part number WT448282. They are also available in tan as part number WT458282, and in gray, part number WT468282. What I really like about this mat is the complete coverage it provides and how well it fits in the vehicle. It does fit a lot better than a lot of other floor mats out there. As you notice, the one-piece design gives us complete coverage for all of our back seat passengers, including the middle one right here. It follows all of the contours of our vehicle nicely, with the raised edge along the entire perimeter, self-containing any spills that may occur. It extends up nicely under both our driver and passenger seats, giving us optimal coverage for when our back seat passengers want to stretch out.
This way they won't get your carpet dirty underneath the seat. We have some nice channels here to help divert water, dirt, mud, and snow away from our feet. This also gives us a little bit more traction when we're getting in and out of the vehicle, so you won't potentially slip and fall. You'll notice how well it contours around our center console here. This is because Weathertech uses laser measurements when they design all the mats that they produce. This gives you a perfect fit for every vehicle.
You see, we still have the same channels on the passenger side of the vehicle, offering us the same level of protection as we have on the driver's side. Now when the mat is dirty, it needs to be cleaned, you can wipe it down with a damp cloth. Or if it's really dirty, you can remove it from the vehicle, hose it off in your driveway with a garden hose, and let it air dry out in the sun, and replace it once it's dry. Now that we've gone over some features of the mat, we'll show you how to get it installed. Just drop it down in, extend it underneath the driver and passenger seat, push down, and then we'll push it onto the factory floor mat retention hooks, so it snaps into place.
