Keep the interior of your vehicle clean with these functional, custom floor liners. Mats have a rigid plastic core for durability, and their unique, rubberized outer shell grips carpeting while it channels and traps water and debris.
Features:
WeatherTech floor liners accurately and completely line the interior carpet of your vehicle, providing "absolute interior protection" for your car, truck, minivan or SUV. Digital laser measurements of the interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Hi, I'm Matt with etrailer. Today we'll be taking a look at the WeatherTech custom floor mats in our 2024 Ford Escape. Now, we're actually gonna be seeing how custom fit this is gonna be and how it's gonna look inside of there. So let's check it out now. So you are gonna get two mats, one for the passenger and one for the driver, like I have right here. They both look really good, but I'm gonna show you how to put the driver one in, since that's the one you're gonna be interacting with the most with.
So the best way of doing this is just to put it in at an angle, scoop it up underneath those pedals. I'm doing it on the other side. It's typically easier if you do it from the driver's side, but I want you guys to get a good look at this. Now, it's kind of roughly into place, looking good. We're gonna have these tabs on the bottom that's gonna line up with that nib on both sides.
So I'm gonna do the inner one first, 'cause that one's a little bit more difficult to get to. And you just push on that until it clicks into place. Then we'll do the other one. This one I find to be a little bit easier to do. There we go.
Now, let's talk about this fit. So right now, I think this looks great. The reason being is these sidewalls contour to the inside. We're even covering up that dead pedal space here, going back here behind our pedals where a lot of grime's gonna come off of here, and that contour is gonna go and wrap around the other side, too. I do kinda have this weird bump here.
We have a tiny gap because we do have a little bump here, but nothing too crazy. And the inside of here contours very nicely. Now, we'll say over time, this is gonna really learn its shape even further. The reason being, especially on those hotter days, it's gonna soften up. Your feet are gonna be pressing against here. You push it against the sides. So it'll really learn its shape, and even get better as time goes on. And in the side here, we're gonna have these grooves. These grooves are gonna be great when your feet are sitting in here, or that grime has fallen off. It's gonna be caught here, especially if there's any type of liquid, like rain water, that will pool up here and then dry up eventually. And here's what the passenger's side's gonna look like. Pretty much the same as the driver's side. Looking really good. I will say mine today does have this bump right here, but this is straight out of the box. So again, after some time, it's gonna learn to shape. And same thing for the walls all the way around. They are fairly high, so it'll keep everything contained in here. Now, right here, we're gonna see this nib. And in our vehicle today, we don't have any nibs in here, so that's fine. If yours does, then you can use this point. But I think a lot of Escapes won't have that. But it's still gonna work just as good. And in some cases, it's gonna make it a little bit easier to take out of here, 'cause after some time, you're gonna have a lot of grime built up in here. You want to take that out. So all we have to do is. This would be a good point to grab from, lift up, and just take your time with it. And I say take your time with it 'cause we wanna make sure when we take this out, not too much grime comes or falls in your vehicle. Dump it out like that, take it off, hose it off, and then you can put it right back in here. As good as new. But that's pretty much it. I think if you're looking for an option that's gonna look good in your vehicle, it's gonna catch most of that debris and grime, and keep the interior of your vehicle just cleaner, this is the one for you. Now, there are gonna be some other ones if you find that this one's a little bit too stiff for your liking, especially when you're trying to take it out. There is another option by WeatherTech. That's gonna be the All Weather ones. Now, with the All Weather ones, they're gonna be a lot more flexible, but they're not gonna have as high a sidewall, so they won't catch as much, either. So it's definitely something to keep in mind. But you can also get these ones in different colors to match your interior, just depending on what type of look you want. Now, if you guys have any other questions, let us know here at etrailer. And again, I'm Matt, and thanks for watching.
