How's it going, etrailer fam This is Ed, and we're gonna take a look at the WeatherTech Floor Mats for our Generation 3 Dodge Durango. Essentially, your WeatherTech Floor Mats are gonna give you a greater coverage area and a little bit more protection versus your OEM mats, so let's see how well it fits. What you're gonna receive with your Durango, it's gonna be OEM mats like this, and they will offer measure of protection for the carpet that's underneath it. You're gonna have nice nibs on the back that holds it into place, and then two buttons where you can tack it down to the floor. However, the coverage area of your OEM mat versus what this WeatherTech Mat is gonna do, this is gonna protect those side walls, your plastic, and everything where your feet can make contact. So, I'm gonna go ahead and slide in our WeatherTech Floor Mat and you can see how much space it takes up.
So, we're just gonna drop our floor mat in and you can see that it fits right into the space. We're gonna align it with our connection points on the floor, and you can see that it's gonna give you that coverage right here on the side where you can step in and everywhere where you would rest your feet. Another really cool thing about WeatherTech Floor Mats or the fact that they have a system where it pools all the water to the center if you have ice or rain on your shoes or boots to make it all contained in one space, and it also helps for cleanup to keep it all contained if you we inchesre to spill a beverage.
