Keep the interior of your vehicle clean with these functional, custom floor liners. Mats have a rigid plastic core for durability, and their unique, rubberized outer shell grips carpeting while it channels and traps water and debris.
Features:
WeatherTech floor liners accurately and completely line the interior carpet of your vehicle, providing "absolute interior protection" for your car, truck, minivan or SUV. Digital laser measurements of the interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Hey, everyone, I'm Evangeline right here at Etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the WeatherTech floor mat, specifically for your 2026 Honda CRV. Whenever any of my friends gets a new to them car, this is what they always ask me for because they understand that with their car, they wanna protect the interior. They know that there's gonna be snow or dirt or salt or all types of debris that eventually gathers up inside your car. So when you take a look at these WeatherTech formats, some key things that we're gonna be looking at is how much of the interior of your car will they be covering, and how well will they protect your car from all that debris and dirt that gathers Putting your floor mats in is super simple. These just drop into place, and as we push this down, you can see all the coverage it provides.
So some key points I look for is since this is a custom fit, how well does it fit around the corners And I love how we have coverage on the bottom, but we also have coverage along these sides of the floor mat. Right now we have a little bit of a gap between the floor mat and the actual wall of the vehicle, but it's a really cool day here at etrailer. So when you first get these, I recommend letting them warm up first, and you'll find that they'll fit even more flush against your car, and then you'll really get to take advantage of these especially high walls that keeps all that debris and dirt inside. So coverage looks great, but what about construction Here I have the premium rubber mats from Honda, and then here I have the WeatherTech floor mats that we are replacing them with. Now, these premium mats, they work great.
They are very thick, and they do provide some good coverage. And this is gonna be the driver's side, so you have this cutout for the pedal. However, there's a lot of salt in our parking lot here at etrailer since it's wintertime, and you can see all of this salt on the mat. When I lifted this mat up and out of the way, a lot of that salt fell back into the car because of how flexible the mat is. Compare that to the WeatherTech, which has more of a bowl come construction.
They totally understand that all that salt and mud and dirt does accumulate in here, but since this is shaped stiffly like a bowl, when you lift it all out, it all stays in the mat and then you can clean the mat afterwards. With the textured finish, you have grip for your shoes. You also have these ridges and these valleys to help contain all the mess. This is gonna be made of HDPE, which is high density polyethylene, which is a very thick and also very sturdy material. So even though you have the corrosive salt, or maybe you spill other maybe more chemicals on this, this will still be able to hold up to that.
And then underneath the mat, for some vehicles, WeatherTech will create nibs to help catch onto the upholstery, but for the CRV specifically, WeatherTech not do that, because the custom fit and shape fits nicely into the vehicle and they still have these tabs that help secure it in the front driver's area. And this is what that would look like. When you fit this into the driver's side, you first go underneath the pedals and notice the coverage here underneath both pedals. And then you also fit this over your tabs. So there's gonna be two tabs. When you push down on the mat, you'll then be able to get enough clearance to twist the tab to the left position. So you'll do that on both sides. This is also a great time to just look around at the full coverage of the mat and the height of its sidewalls. A lot of CRV owners complain about the angle here at the threshold as getting particularly dirty when your shoes and your boots kick up against here. So pay special attention to how WeatherTech goes right up to the threshold, and again, when this is a little bit warmer, this will sit a lot more flush and flat. I personally have WeatherTech floor mats in my car, and I've had them for years and they've really held up well over the seasons. I really like their high coverage design, especially since I go on a lot of adventures that has sand and mud and dirt and salt all over my car. This has held up to all of that. Now, here at Etrailer, we have available for your CRV a bunch of custom fit mats, and this right here is just the front row. You can also get mats for your second row as well as your cargo area. So if you're curious about all those options, check them out here. If you do use them inside your CRV and maybe they have held up to some crazy messes, like cereal all over the floor, we'd love to hear about it. If you send in a picture and a review, maybe you can help other people as they decide what's the best fit for their journeys. Today, though, what you saw was a look at the WeatherTech Custom Fit Floor Mats for the 2026 Honda CR-V. My name is Evangeline. I hope you enjoyed this journey.
