Along with the catalytic converter, the diesel particulate filter (DPF) helps to eliminate toxic emissions from the exhaust system further by disintegrating soot. This filter-back system includes all the parts running from the back of the DPF to the tailpipe.
MagnaFlow systems have mandrel bent tubes that allow for unrestricted airflow by maintaining the same diameter throughout every curve. This consistency in diameter decreases back pressure, which increases horsepower, torque, and fuel efficiency and decreases the temperature of the expelled exhaust.
MagnaFlow's signature sound is deep and throaty on throttle while remaining quiet inside the vehicle. The MF Series produces a slightly less aggressive sound than other MagnaFlow systems, so it is more appropriate for street use.
All system components are made with 100-percent stainless steel. Clamps and hangers are included for installing onto your vehicle's factory mounting points.
