These grommets do have a hole diameter of 3/8'. And this flag is made here in the USA. As far as our dimensions, I would say our flag is 20 inches long by 12 inches wide.I do want to show you how this flag looks when it's blowing in the breeze. So I've got a fan here. I'm going to turn on.
