First I have to say that ETRAILER has the absolute best customer service out there. When I ordered this over the phone, there was an error that doubled up everything (glitch in the system I believe). Anyway, before shipping, and charging me double for everything, they called me to confirm that was what I really wanted... good thing. As far as the Superchips is concerned. It's great. Really unlocked my truck's power. So easy, a caveman could set it up. Tells you recommendations (i.e. in performance mode, don't tow, etc.). Also, for Mac users, the Flashpaq F5 is upgradeable on your computer. Just go to the Superchips website, download the "ignition" software and you're good to go. I spoke with Superchips and they acknowledged that's an error on their website. If you're going for fuel economy, go with the "Performance" mode. I've seen easily a 3MPG overall gain in that mode. It's also the one that increases the most torque and HP. Highly recommend this product if you want something simple that will unlock your Cummins while keeping it safe... and you really can't go wrong by ordering from ETRAILER. Seriously, I have ordered tons from them and they are awesome!

I ordered a Superchips Flashpaq for my 02 Dodge Ram 4.7. ETrailer was one of very few websites that was clear in its discription on wheather or not it would work on my truck. The customer service is great and the price was good.

Simple to use with easy menus and update process via your computer. Don't expect a dramatic power boost with gas engine. I have noticed much improved mid range throttle response, especially at higher elevations. My 2500 HD no longer has to downshift 2 gears to maintain or increase speed on 5 to 6% grades in winding turns in the 45 to 55 mph speed range. Wide open throttle passes at higher speeds seem to be a bit quicker. To soon to form any opinion on fuel mileage.

The Edge CS2 won't pull the PID list for my van, so I just get to see the standard PIDs/guages and cannot update to additional PIDs. Not what I was hoping for but it's good with those standard PIDs. Not sure it's worth the price for MPH, Temp, Voltage, and RPMs.

I wanted CS2 to get eyes on my trans temp in my 1997 Ford Powerstroke XLT when I am hauling my camper. When the product arrived (a couple of days before I was expecting) I hooked it up to my computer per the instructions. One easy to follow download and twenty minutes later it was ready to go into the truck. I went out and plug it in (note: the OBDII port on my truck had a black cover on it and was located on the passenger side of the transmission hump under the dash) it would not power up. Hit the trouble shooting guide and it said check the cigarette lighter fuse. Bingo that was the culprit. For reference on my truck it is the #16 fuse which is the fuse in the upper most right hand corner of the fuse box under the steering wheel. So far I have been happy with the product. I have eyes on the trans tempt and new goal to see my truck produce 20lbs of boost (note the CS2 insight is only a monitor and will not help me get closer to this goal but it will let me see it when it happens). I was also pleasantly surprised with how stout the window mount was for the unit. It solid and holds the unit steady allowing you toggle threw the menus with one hand.

Just installed yesterday, Seems like product does what is says. The package says installs in 5 minutes, But reality the first time is a little longer like at least a hour or so. Called edge tech support a couple of times with questions. They were helpful.

Bought this for my Silverado 2500HD. After I purchased the tuner add on, it significantly increased my horsepower. Its a difference of night and day. I initially had a problem with configuration of the tuner. A couple phone calls to SuperChips tech support and it was fixed with 3 updates. Etrailer and SuperChips customer service is second to none. I will pay more for my purchases just for the peace of mind knowing a company always stands for their customers

exactly what I needed!! This product is exactly what I needed towing my 5th wheel. I leave it on the lowest setting and have plenty of power with decent mileage. Just took a trip without trailer, drove 70-75 mph and got 21-22 mpg. 2003 4x4 w/ manual transmission. I highly recommend this product.

It's ok but theres alot better tuners out there this didnt even have a 93 octain tune so my suggestion is pick a different tuner

It works! Seems rather flimsy. To go from screen to screen is pretty complicated. (Although I'm not the most techno Savey person either!) But in the end it did improve my mileage by a solid 3mpg! So that makes it worth having! I have it on an 07 chevy Duramax used for towing, for that it does a good job!

Great Parts, Good Price, but pretty slow on delivery.
