The first amazing surprise: the wiper was on my doorstep on Friday! I ordered it on Tuesday!! It was easy to install (have never replaced a wiper blade and I am 69 years old). I will absolutely order all replacement parts from etrailer!!!????

The wiper blades took a while to get about 3 weeks because they were out of stock, but the windshield wipers fit perfect and the price was good. I would give a Five star if they could speed up the delivery time.

These wipers are still going strong. I'll probably order a new set to keep on hand, but it looks like they should make it through another winter. These have worked well for me and I'm sold on the hybrid design. It's the first set in years that didn't need replacing after the winter season.

It was a little tricky to get on but, it does seem to be on solid. Waiting for a good rain now see how they work. Delivery was timely and information on order was updated regularly.

I didn't care for them, had issues with the drivers wiper blade, when on in rain there was always a line of water in my line of sight. passenger wiper was fine. I ended up replacing them with regular wiper blades and no issues after that.

The wipers were delivered extremely fast, and it was easy to find the same product I bought there before: super sturdy windshield wipers. They were so efficient, especially in our dire climate changes in Texas, that as soon as they started getting too used, I decided to go ahead and buy new ones, so pleased I was with them. I received product in mail. watched a youtube video. changed my wiper blades. when asked why i ordered them online??? saved me $15 on the pair and I didn't have to go look for them. came right to my door. I am a woman whom has not changed wiper blades before. I have changed batteries, tires, oil, even headers on a van but this was a new task. there were directions on the package. between them and youtube, I did it without a man!!!!~so thank you Etrailer.com!

One year later, it works pretty well! I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, and due to the shape of the blades or windshield at times the blades will skip or make noise. But living in rainy Washington still hasn't justified buying another pair.
