2011 Honda ElementWas skeptical at first because I needed the posts as well for my 2011 Honda Element. The Honda crossbars were not adequately weight rated and is why I opted for Yakima. Couldn't be happier with my choice as this assembly has served me well throughout the year.

Easy install, no issues with this roof rack in almost 1 year of using it
Sturdy bars. The rubber strip gasket eventually became loose and flew off down the highway. Options available to use metal locks w/ key, instead of the plastic locks.
