Swagman Upright Bike Rack for 1 Bike - Roof Rack Crossbars - Frame Mount
Great product for the price. Pretty easy to set up. Only issue I have is my mountain bike, which is an XL frame with 27 inch wheels, is pushing the limits of the base. Wish this rack was just 4-5 inches longer that way you have the perfect overlap amount in the middle without pushing the current frame to the limits. With that said it does hold my bike just have to find the sweet spot. But this fits my son’s youth bike perfectly!
As always with products I buy from e-Trailer, this item is exactly as advertised and works perfectly. Easy assembly, I bought 2 but only installed one until I check the fit with my rooftop carrier.

Rhino-Rack Hybrid Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On - Aluminum
Great quality bike rack when paired with the Rhino-rack cross beams. When I use the bike rack and cross beams they are attached to my 2016 Subaru STi and I have drove it fairly aggressively with the bikes on the roof. Everything has stayed attached just fine. The only thing I will point out is that you should check the attachment hardware every few uses because it will occasionally vibrate loose, nothing serious but if you never pay attention to this your bikes may fly off your roof! Ez fix though. I rate the rack 10/10 in my experience.
Couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision to go with this bike rack, was on the fence between brands but Rhino Rack makes it beyond easy to use, from installing it on the racks, to daily use is just unbelievably simple! 100% would recommend to anyone looking into bike racks. Also huge selling point for sure is that it covers a very wide range of tire sizes where others are very specific!
Thule Roof Bike Racks Review - 2014 Chevrolet Sonic
Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Sonic we're going to be test-fitting the Thule Circuit XT Rooftop Bike Rack, part number TH526XT. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. How this bike actually attaches to the rack, we're not going to have any frame contact at all. Instead, it's going to grip it by the forks up here with a skewer mount. On the skewer mount here, you can replace this plastic piece here with a Thule lock core, so you can actually secure your bike to the rack and prevent theft and tampering. We also have this wheel strap here in the back that is adjustable the length of the bike rack to accommodate different size bikes.
Does it Fit? Testing the Rhino-Rack Hybrid Roof Bike Rack on a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic
Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Sonic, we're going to be test fitting the Rhino-Rack Hybrid Rooftop Bike Rack, part number RRRBC050. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go and take a closer look and show off some of the features. How this actually attaches to the bike rack, we're going to have three points of contact with absolutely no frame contact at all. We're going to have this wheel hook up at the front here and then two wheel straps for either tires. What's unique about this is you can actually keep the entire bike together as opposed to a lot of other bike racks where you'd have to remove the front wheel and secure it by the fork mounts. With the bike on here, I'll go ahead and open up the trunk real quick to show you have absolutely no clearance issues whatsoever between the bike rack and the trunk or hatch. The wheel hook itself is lockable, so once you actually secure your bike up here you can lock it down and there will be no theft or tampering of your bike. Let's go ahead and take it off and set it aside.
