This cover is great. Whenever there is a forecast for snow or ice, I cover the windshield with it. There are loops on the sides that hook around the mirrors and hold it in place. It is really easy to install. I am starting my third winter with it and if anything happened to it I would definitely order another one. I live in Kentucky and don't have to use it too often. But when we get one of those ice storms it certainly makes my life easier. I liked it so much that I bought one for my daughter.

I am using this on a 2024 Ford Maverick truck. It completely covers the windshield and wipers along the back side of the hood. After my first snow with the truck, the wipers ended up buried in snow and ice between the hood and windshield, which is the reason I purchased this. It worked perfect on the following snowfall four days later. It only took three days to arrive at my house at a time when there was significant snow and no mail or Amazon deliveries, but my windshield cover from Etrailer showed up!

I've only fully installed these once as a test. Had a big idea of sleeping in the truck my wife and I were full time RV'ing and I was doing travel nursing (we were living about an hour from work and would work 3 nights in a row, was cutting into my sleep time). Needless to say it did a really good job blacking out the windows. I still want to try truck camping snowboard trip, maybe this coming season and it will be nice to have the privacy while snoozing.

I love everything about them. Would love a cutout for the rear view mirror so it would lay in place a little better but otherwise it fits perfectly.
