I purchased "Carr" steps for our "new" 1989 Ford F150. The hardware supplied with the steps was excellent compared to some imported products. There were good instructions and everything fit. This will help by spouse get in and out safely and with a bit more dignity.

Only received these because the set I ordered never came in. etrailer had these in stock and shipped them out promptly when they realized the mfg had not shipped. Kudos to etrailer for the great service.

I bought these to replace an older set that had gotten damaged on my 1995 F150. The new pair seem well made. The installation instructions were easy to read and follow. They look great on my truck. They are very sturdy, and well made. I will definitely recommend these to any one looking for a set of steps.

Very well made and easy to install I used 1/4 self drilling screws instead of the ones provided. I just held the step up and ran those screws in and had everything held in place to drill the holes for the bolts. Made in the U.S.A. !!!

I bought them for my dad so he can get in and out easily. I like the on off switch because I don't use them unless he's riding with me.

We just received our running boards (motorized) today Just waiting on the mounting brackets and wiring harness, so we can put it all together and use them. The running boards arrived sooner than expected and customer service is great. The website could be better to see and understand what exactly you’re buying. Haven’t been able to install them yet, had to order extra parts. Downgrade one notch due to website.

I own a 1997 F250 crew cab truck. I got tired of wearing the driver seat down getting in and out without some type of step. I've always liked the "stirrup" style steps and was happy to stumble across your website. After seeing the actual product AND HARDWARE in the kit, I ordered immediately. The steps arrived several days later and I installed them that night. Very happy with the steps, shipping, and quality of the boxes they arrived in. Product was purchased to create second step for wife to get in and out of 2019 Ford 250 Superduty. With a minor modification it is going to work great. Appearance wise product blends well with factory running boards

Did not send enough 1/4" washer. Washer to hold boards to brackets had to grind flat to clear bracket(washers to big around). But all other parts worked good.

Excellent product overall. My 22 ram 3500 4 x 4 has an entrance height of 30 inches my wife is 4’9” and can’t get Into the truck without them. As you can see the steps drop immediately when you open the door and have it delayed after you shut the door excellent design. The only negatives are ran into on the steps, are the LED lights lenses fall off then they short out and stop working. I think this is a Supply problem that can be addressed from the vendor that supplies the LEDs my fix was a sealed the LED lenses to the LED body with clear silicone. this lasted for six months.. The second problem is you have to open the door to clean the bottom step. The first step is 9 inches from the ground. The second step is 18 inches from the ground and the cab entrance like I said is 30 inches Installation was not easy by myself, but I got it done wiring is straightforward. Take your time. Buy a tube of clear silicone for the lites and seal the lenses and wire inlets before installing and I think the lights will last a bit longer. This was my last purchase from etrailer because of a policy within the company they shipped me, returned steps and charge me for new price. Took a bit of back and forth to get what I paid for but the matter was resolved.. .

4.5* actually. Overall, I really like these. They are a good price and they look nice. Some of the brackets had to be bent a little bit to get them to line up correctly, but it wasn't bad. I've actually purchased these twice! I sold the first vehicle, but immediately bought these for the better optioned vehicle I traded up for. NOTE - DO NOT buy the door delete kit that can be added to this. It's a waste of money that overrides the basic automatic functionality on a daily basis. The basic kit includes an on/off switch already.

I finally got them installed and they are wonderful. My wife has arthritic knees and it was very difficult for her to get in the Jeep. With these Motorized Running Boards she can now get in effortlessly.
