This strap is easy to use and I appreciate the peace of mind I have while driving knowing there is extra support of my hitch mounted bike rack. The Velcro fastener makes it easy to bundle the strap’s “tail” so it doesn’t drag while driving.

Just what I needed for my bike rack, thank you! I also replaced knob, and RSI was able to fix it with new key. Saved me hundreds from having to buy a new bike rack.

The actual product (I assume you produced it?) is usable but the whole design is poor. It is part of an excellent bike rack for a hitch by Thule but I keep losing them and therefore must keep re-ordering. This is the third time I purchased the exact same parts. It takes two to make a anti-sway cradle for the rack. They should have been a permanent attachment as a former rack by Yahmaha had.

They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.

I bought my carrier from Sears long ago and thought it was useless now since the key went missing years ago. So happy I found this site, and the right replacement key. I received when promised and it works!! Thank you!

About the Kuat NV 2.0: Buy a Kuat NV 2.0!!! Then, get the 2 Bike Add-On to carry 4 bikes. This is hands-down THE BEST rack on the market. I chose this rack after researching THULE, Saris, Yakima, and many, many others. The Kuat NV 2.0 has a professional car quality finish, is ROCK SOLID so the bikes do not move at all, has built in locks, a built in mechanic stand, and never touches your bikes. Do your research and you will arrive at the same conclusion: THERE IS NO BETTER RACK ON THE MARKET!!! About the $$$: etrailer had the best price I could find anywhere for this rack. About etrailer: etrailer provided email updates and always had professional representatives on the phone with no wait times. They were courteous, helpful, and a true pleasure to speak with.

Fit and finish with my existing 2.0 Bike Rack is excellent. Best rack I've used in the 25 years I've been hauling bikes.

Excellent rack - rock solid, holds bike without wobbling. Fits 2021 Toyota Rav4 XLE with Toyota Hitch perfectly. Easy to tilt up and down (but it takes 2 hands to do so, which is a little annoying). At the risk of stating the obvious, it is a little annoying to leave it on all the time - I don't like leaving it horizontal for fear that a car will clip it when driving, so I keep it in the raised position.. But this means that I have to lower it every time I want to access my hatch. Lock works well also. The kids bike adapter seems to work fine (only tried once). One downer - some of the fasteners are already rusting a little (see pic), and I've only had it on my car for 3 months (May to August in PA).

Delivered quickly. Product is as advertised. Best pricing I found anywhere. The rack took ~1 hr to assemble - a bit challenging to figure out but got easier as it progressed. It takes <5 mins to attach this to the base unit rack while mounted on car. This speed of install will make it easier to change between 2 and 4 bike arrangements as needed. Note: the integrated locks have a different key than base unit - will now need to keep a pair of keys handy. Not a huge fan of the integrated locking gizmos - they work but are awkward to engage, these could be designed better for easier use it seems.

So far, no problems. Easy way to carry 4 light bikes.

I have an older Holdup model, but this current one fits just perfect. They have improved the wheel strap design, and include a few extra parts—such as the hitch pin, and pin that locks the rack in the upright position. It was nice to replace a few beat up parts! The keyed locks did not match my original, but Yakima has a process to request new ones. Really happy with it—and glad etrailer doesn’t have an oversized freight charge for shipping!

Rochelle was amazing in helping me find a replacement screw for a bike rack I had purchased over 5years ago. She went over/above by taking extra time working with me to research my model # even though the order had purged from their system having been so long ago. Appreciate the high level of customer service after the sale! Have been buying hitches and racks/ etc.from trailer for a long time and this is a perfect example of why I will continue to do so! :)

These bike bars serve there purpose as far as holding the bikes down on the bike rack, only thing is that sometimes they get stuck trying to get around the post, but overall would purchase again if needed
