Ridiculous... I spent all that time and money. Cracking my head on the bottom of my fifth wheel while crawling around underneath it. I said ridiculous because when I took it for a test drive, it exceeded my expectations! Worth every penny and the headaches! It feels just as if I have a heavy load in the back of my pickup. There is no bucking and the only bumps I feel are what is under my truck tires. Couldn't even feel rumble strips in the road when coming up to a stop sign. I told my wife that I will not own a double axle trailer without a comfort ride system again!

I love this suspension its quiet and the handling and ride is the best I have ever used on a trailer. Gonna buy another set for my gooseneck trailer. Will never go back to leaf springs!

I used these to replace the leaf springs and equalizers on a 20’ gooseneck cattle trailer that I rebuilt. The ride is great and the usual rattling and clanging of the trailer going down the gravel road is gone. So far I am very happy with the ease of installation and the performance of the suspension. I guess only time will tell about the durability of the rubber components in the long run.

Less bouncing, furniture doesn't move around when traveling on rough roads, better stability.

Great product! Excellent installation instructions (for the DIYer inclined to step up!). Excellent support... I ordered the wrong kit (my axle size was different) but customer service worked with me to correct it. I installed the shocks incorrectly but the service team quickly pointed out that I misread the instructions. I have a 12,000 pound, 38' trailer with a lift on the back for my 900 pound motorcycle. I've put around 7500 miles on it including a couple times across the Rockies and absolutely love the handling. Self installation is not for the feint of heart but it saved me around $10k labor not having a dealer install it.

The cabinet doors aren't flying open and everything rides much smoother!

Love the comfort ride system! Definitely greatly improves the ride. Pulling a 30ft. Camper with a half ton truck. Used to get a lot of the porpoising now it has almost eliminated it. Very noticable. Took longer than I thought it would for install....but got it done in a long weekend. Customer service was great.

put these on a dump trailer with 8k axles. had to make an adapter to fit the 8k axles 3-1/2 tube. The ride is great compared to springs.it is a little bouncy when fully loaded but still no complaints.

Great service got them quickly but haven’t had a chance to install them yet. I purchased them to install on a gooseneck stock trailet

Seems like a great product and service was excellent. UPS lost one of the three parts and was a week long in delivering it, and then said that it was because it was packaged poorly from etrailer. I used a 4x6 steel rectangular tube spacer to get my trailer back up to the original height. Seemed pretty straight forward, but it would be nice if the system could be designed so the user doesn't have to cut the mounting brackets off the axle and re-attach the Timbren brackets.

4 stars because my 2019 Redwood 3401RL needed to have the equalizer removed. This involved cutting and welding. The shop I took it to did great work, if it wasn't for their expertise my suspension upgrade wouldn't have happen. I'm glad to have independent axles, shock absorbers, never fail bushings and heavier leaf springs on my 15,000 pound trailer!

I just can't say enough good things about this product. We full time out of a 41ft Grand Design solitude and we have been back and forth across the country with this installed....WOW what a difference this made, from bouncing over bridge transitions to things getting destroyed inside the rv. I installed this myself and had no trouble thanks to etrailers installation videos. It's definitely worth it, we love our suspension and no longer worry about traveling anymore.
