Swagman Upright Bike Rack for 1 Bike - Roof Rack Crossbars - Frame Mount
I had 2 of this rack previously for my '99 Cherokee. The fit on my std roof rack is excellent, quick, secure. My bikes ride well. The locking upright support is a little tight on my Raleigh but with a little effort you can open the jaws and get it on. A more serious biker may prefer a rack that fork mounts. I like the ease of unloading and going.
Planning on bringing bikes while camping. I mounted 2 of the Swagman bike racks to my new Sportrack on my pop-up camper. The bikes fit perfectly. The racks seem sturdy enough. Not heavy duty, but for my needs they should be fine. Assembly was relatively fast and easy.

Today on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee, we're going to do a test fit of the INNO Slim Fork roof mounted bike carrier. Part number is INA387. Now, we have a bike on our rack and we have a rack hooked to our vehicle. I would like to just show you a few features of it. Now this is a fork mount bike rack, as you can see. We're going to lift up our cover here.
Thule Big Mouth Roof Bike Rack Review - 2014 Jeep Cherokee
Today, on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Big Mouth Frame Clamp Style Roof Rack, Part Number TH599XTR. Now we've got the Thule crossroads roof rack system already installed on the Cherokee, so we're going begin our test fit by removing the two T bolts from the lower portion of our front clamps. Then we'll bring them around the underside of our load bar and we reinsert our T bolts back in and loosely tighten down those wing nuts just to hold them in place. We can then tighten down both of those wing nuts and that's going to secure our front clamp to our front load bar. We then come here to there rear. The rear clamp, we're going to loosen both wing nuts up and we need to remove one completely. We're then going to slide that rear clamp up, allow it to come down.
