Product was what I was looking for and expected. The package was damaged and several bolts and spacers were missing. I contacted etrailer and they sent me a new package of bolts and spacers. VERY SATISFIED!!

Arrived quick install was a simple process fit was great took about 4 hrs Has worked great and is hidden at bed level when not in use great feature Very pleased so far

Easy to install following instructions. Didn't have to loosen bed or mod anything on my 01 f-250. I put the rear cross member in front of rear tire and used a hammer to tap it back into position. I love e trailer and will definitely be using them again!
