Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the PTC custom fit engine air filter. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2017 to 2019 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and the F-550 trucks with the 6.2 liter V8 engines and the 6.8 liter V10 engines, and on a custom fit part like this, I always like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show you if this'll work for your application. Now, this is a custom fit engine air filter that'll replace your vehicle's existing air filter to improve performance. I'm just going to zoom in and show you.
It has the embossed paper pleats on it, and protect your engine from debris and improve air flow. This will help prevent harmful dirt and debris from entering your engine, and it helps increase the flow of air to the engine, which will improve acceleration and mileage. This does easily install in your engine's air filter housing. Has a nice silicone sealing gasket, which will ensure a strong seal between the filter and the air intake box. And this is for a quantity of one single use engine air filter.
Now this air filter is an exact replacement for the ECOGARD, part number XA10579, the Purolator, part number A48220, the FRAM, part number of CA12183, and the WIX, part number of WA10697. Now, one note on this, the manufacturer does recommend changing your air filter every 12,000 to 18,000 miles. We recommend to determine how often your filters should be changed is to consult your vehicle's owner's manual, but that should do it for the review on this PTC custom fit engine air filter..

In our fitguide you would need to pay close attention to what size engine you have, and one from the down menu. This item is for a 2.7L I4 Engine. If you need one for the 4.0L V6 Engine then that is part # 351PA5578.
