Today, we're going to review part number DK254. These are the custom DK clamps and the pads for the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack System. These are custom fit mounting pads and clamps that allow you to install a Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack System onto your 2007 to 2009 Jeep Compass. These pads wear a custom molded pad. They are custom designed to fit the contours of your roof. They are rubber material so they will protect your roof surface from any scratches and abrasions, and they press on to the bottom of the roof rack legs.
The clamps are also specifically designed to fit the curves of your door jam and they mount to the roof rack legs with the bolts. I have a Rhino-Rack 2500 Roof Rack leg here. Let me show you how these parts are installed. The custom mounting pad, we'll just press on and that will fit on to the roof of your vehicle. The clamp, you just remove the center bolt.
Put the clamp in there. Hold the bolt back in there. That will give you the clamp that will hold it to your door jam. This part does cover with four clamps and four pads. It does have a limited lifetime warranty.
