Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Custom Mounting Brackets for your Fifth Wheel Above Bed Base Rails. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2004 to 2014 Ford F-150 trucks. And on a custom fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model of vehicle, and it'll show if this will work for your application.

Now these installation brackets are designed to mount beneath your truck bed, and they provide these attachment points right here for your fifth wheel rails. Now the base rails, we do sell separately. They go by part number of DM6071. But basically those base rails are designed to sit in your truck bed, and they allow the installation of the fifth wheel trailer hitch to your truck. Now these are custom fit brackets.

They'll mount to existing holes in your vehicle's frame. There's no drilling required. It'll drastically reduce the installation time, and it avoids any known obstacles along your truck's frame. They do have a nice sturdy black powder coat finish on them. They are a steel construction.

As you can see, I laid out all the hardware that comes with it for installation. Comes with a nice set of instructions that'll describe how it all goes together. And these parts are made in the USA.     I spoke with my contact at Demco about the hitch part number you provided in order to find the correct base rails to install in your 2005 Ford F-150. The FWH 24PA is the part number for the hitch head that fit older Hijacker 5th wheel hitches.   • 5th Wheel Frame Brackets Only for a 2011 Ford F-150 with 5-1/2 Foot Bed
    For your 2011 Ford F-150 with 5-1/2 foot bed you can use Reese brackets # RP50081 if you have Reese rails. You will also need hardware kit # RP58504 for 2 reasons. First, the brackets only don't come with all the necessary hardware. Second, the hardware is meant to be torqued down only once and should not be reused. For Demco rails you would need # DM8552004 which does come with the necessary hardware.
