Ramps for Motorcycle Trailer
Updated 05/25/2025 | Published 05/22/2025 >
Question:
I purchased new hubs, bearings, and tires for this old 3-rail motorcycle trailer from etrailer, but I have not had any luck locating a loading ramp to actually get the bikes onto the trailer. I contacted the dealer whose sticker is on the frame- they suggested it is likely an old Bandit or Load Rite trailer but they do not have any ramps available. Id ideally be looking for something that will hook on to the handle-/D-shaped end of the rail to stop the ramp from slipping.

Hi Mike; how wide are the ends where the handle is attached? You may be able to use the Flint Hill Goods Easy Carry Trailer Ramps # FHG63ZR. Assuming they are 11" wide on each end the tabs for the ramps will sit right on there and you can get your bikes onto the trailer. If that works for your I recommend cutting off those handles since they would only be in the way. If you really want something that will hook on over those your best bet is to talk to a local fabricator to see if they can make a custom ramp for the trailer.
