Easy to Use Snow Plow Recommendation for 2006 Jeep Liberty

Updated 12/16/2024 | Published 12/03/2024

Question:

I have a 2006 V6 Jeep Liberty 4WD that I thought I could use to plow my 576foot straight driveway. Up to now Ive used a Artic Cat 4WD Quad but at age 90 I need something else. I would like all the items I need to mount your plow to my Jeep, the easy simplest way. Thank you

Hey James, the overall simplest solution is the Snowsport plow part # SS98GV which you'd mount in the front hitch part # C31022 that fits your 2006 Jeep Liberty. There's no wiring or winches to deal with so it's simple but it does require getting out and lifting the winch off the mount when you want to use it so it's not the easiest overall.

If you wanted something easier to control once installed you'd want the SnowBear Plow part # K2AVAL8219 which can raise and lower with an in-cab remote and also installs in the same Curt front hitch # C31022.

@JamesH The part # K2AVAL8219 I mentioned actually has a chain lift and a winch lift capacity of 3,000 lb like you asked about. Were you thinking of something different?
