Question:

hello we got this Trailer hitch a few months ago and trying to install it now and come to Find out its Curved it and wont line up to the Installation Hole

I'm sure the # C13416 bent a little when it was shipped which isn't uncommon. The brackets are made of mild steel since they need to be able to flex with the frame. All you need to do is bend it back so it will line up correctly to complete the installation. I went ahead and attached a help article below which outlines all of the ways you can bend it back into place.
