Question:
I have a 2011 ram 1500 slt 4.7 4wd. I rented a 6x12 trailer all of my car lights are on. All the trailer lights are on except the top two on the left. The back top left light in back corner. And the 2 back left brake light and turn signal. All other lighting are on and functioning. What should i do? When i tried to change the back left turn light/brake light with a new part it did not work nor turn on.

If you've replaced the light assemblies on your trailer and they still aren't working, but they all work on your truck, then that leads me to believe either some fuses are out on your truck that are dedicated to that side of the trailer, or some of the wiring on the trailer is messed up.
If you use a circuit tester like part # PTW2979 to test the different pins on your 2011 Ram 1500 you'll be able to tell if the issue is simply some busted fuses or if the wiring is the culprit.
When all else fails it's worth taking the trailer to a shop and having them check it out since they will be able to physically inspect everything.
