PowerClick Mounting Hardware to Outside Edge Measurement for Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box

Question:

Hello, I am asking a somewhat obscure but important question to determine if the Thule Motion XT L 16 cubic foot #TH629707 will fit on my roof rack setup. I have done a lot of measuring and remeasuring, but specifically need to know what the distance from the furthest most external side edge of the roof box to the place where the PowerClick clamp mount begins. The best way to determine this would be to look at the bottom of the roof box and measure in from the furthest edge on the side to the point where the PowerClick clamp mount or slot would begin. My guess is that it would be 5 to 8 inches, but I need a very specific answer to determine if it will fit properly. I know it is a holiday weekend but if you are able to post an answer it would be much appreciated! Thanks for your assistance!

From the slot for the PowerClick mounting hardware to the outside edge of the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH629707 is going to be 7" (see attached). I was able to confirm this with my contact at Thule.
