Hi there, I am debating on two option for my hobie PA 12. I was curious if these hardware can be use with 3" pvc as bunks instead of with the hobie cradles. Malone MPG5576-6

The Malone Installation Hardware for Hobie Style Carriers - Qty 6 # MPG5576-6 should only be used to mount Hobie style carriers to your Malone LowBed MicroSport Trailer # MPG464-LB. These will not work with 3" PVC to mount your Hobie PA 12. I recommend getting the cradles specifically made for Hobie and then using the # MPG5576-6 to secure them to the trailer to ensure your fishing kayak is safe and securely mounted.
