Question:
i have a 2005 Chrysler 300 can i switch out my 9006 HB4 51watt bulb for a 75watt

Typically you do not want to swap out a 51w bulb for a 75w bulb as this would exceed the proper voltage for that circuit. I would stick to a similar-rated bulb or upgrade to an LED bulb. LED bulbs can actually be lower wattage but brighter than halogen. For this, I recommend the 9006 LED Headlight Bulbs with Anti-Flicker Harness - Single Beam - 1,995 Lumens - Cool White - Qty 2 # ARC49VR which includes a harness to reduce flicker. These are only 16.5w each and are confirmed to be a replacement for your 9006 low beam bulbs.
If you are just wanting an affordable replacement then you could instead go with Putco PURE High-Performance 9006 Halogen Headlight Bulbs - Double White # P239006DW. These are rated at 55w and are also a fit for your 9006 bulbs.
