RV Air Conditioner that is Quieter than Dometic Evolution
Question:
I purchased a brand new 2021 Coleman 1855RB that has a dometec evolution roof air conditioner. I didnt realize until I got it home that the roof air conditioner is very loud. One cannot have a conversation or watch television within the RV with that unit running even on low. Im frustrated but willing to replace the unit because I realize that this Dometec evolutikn is a standard for that RV. I I was finding that the air command was rated as one of the most quiet roof air conditioners made. I wondered whether the Dometec air command non conducted unit wood retrofit into the roof of my Coleman 1855 RB

The quietest AC unit out there currently is the Furrion Chill units. We have found they are about 10 decibel quieter and also the coldest. So for a unit that was designed to easily replace a Dometic we have the part # FR42PV that you'll really like.
