Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate VS Ultimate PLUS If Used With Air Compresor

Question:

Hi I have a Ram 2020 2500, and I am looking at air suspension. I have looked at 2 of your items. Items AL89289 and AL74000EZ. After viewing some installation videos for the AL74000EZ it appears that a T fitting needs to be installed in the airline for the Air Bags. However, the airlines for the AL89289 are braided stainless steel, which do not appear to be conducive to ing a T. Or should I be going with the item AL88289 that has the nylon air supply hoses that a T fitting could be ed. Open to suggestions Thanks, Nick

The Air Lift # AL89289 is the PLUS version of the Air Lift # AL88289. The difference is the steel braided line and the stainless steel parts that come on the PLUS version.

The Air Lift # AL74000EZ is an on board air compressor for Air Lift air bags that features single or independent inflation of air bags via a Bluetooth remote. However, the Plus versions' braided lines will not be compatible with the air compressor. If you want to use the air compressor you will need to use the # AL 88289 air bags.
