Question:

Does the Thule Powerclick ever stop clicking? Im tightening it as tight as I can get it but there isnt a click for 3 out of 4 powerclicks.

The PowerClick Clamps on the Thule Roof Boxes such as the Thule Force XT part # TH6356B will produce an audible click once tightened properly. The audible click will be heard each time the knob is turned while tight. It sounds like this one may be damaged so replacement, part # 1401467300, is what I recommend. If the clamp is not working like the others then that's a good sign it is defective.
