What Dometic AC Units Can be Replaced with Advent Air Unit

Question:
Hello, I have a 2007 Dometic Duotherm AC with a remote control in lieu of thermostat. The remote allows for 2 fan speeds. My questions for the ACM135 are: 1. Will it work with my existing dometic box and thermostat? Do i need to get an adapter for wiring? I know there is ACMDOM135 but i dont need the capacitor and it is more expensive. 2. My controls have 2 fan speeds hi/low and 2 fan modes auto/on. ACM135 has three fan speeds. Will it work with my existing comfort control manufactured around 2007 Thank you!

The Advent air conditioner units that will fit the Dometic setups and will allow the use of the Dometic controls require the setup to be using Comfort Control Center Model 3109226.005 which is used with a 5 button thermostat. Based on the year of your setup and the buttons you did mention what you have would be too old so you'd have to go with a setup that replaces all of that like for example the Furrion Chill part # FR23PV.
