Question:
Best way to increase all towing aspects of my 2019 Chevy Silverado 5.3 double cab. I believe I have all the towing options from GM. Towing approximately 7500lbs travel trailer. Also I can’t do it all at once so what order would you suggest to add these components to my truck Thanks

There are two products that you can add to your vehicle and towing setup that will help improve the ride quality while towing: a weight distribution hitch and a suspension enhancement of some sort.
I recommend starting with a weigh distribution hitch, and the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37120ET should work for your 7500-lb GVWR trailer; you'll want to confirm that the tongue weight of your trailer falls between 800 and 1200-lbs (staying towards the middle of that range is recommended for weight distribution systems). A weight distribution system will help re-distribute the weight of your trailer more evenly across the axles of your vehicles, which will create a more stable towing setup, alleviate added stress on your vehicle's suspension system and help keep your trailer from swaying too much during towing. The Equal-i-zer system uses 4 point steel on steel sway control to prevent sway before it starts and this system does not require drilling into the frame in order to install it. You will need the Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install and remove the hitch ball on this system; I would also recommend investing in a tongue weight scale like the etrailer Tongue Weight Scale # e99044 to help monitor the tongue weight on your trailer and make sure your trailer is properly loaded.
Once you've gotten a weight distribution hitch, I recommend upgrading to some jounce style springs to help with the stress on your rear suspension; the Timbren SES # TGMRCK15S are a great option that will help cure any rear end squat that you may experience during towing and ultimately improve the quality of your ride with the trailer in-tow. These jounce springs will help improve handling and create a safer towing setup, and they won't effect the unloaded ride quality of your 2019 Silverado 1500.
I've attached some informational videos on these products that you might find helpful as well, but these would be the first two add-ons I would go with to prepare my truck for towing a trailer.

Do you recommend an after market exhaust or a cold air system.
