Will WeatherTech Floor Mats from a 2017 Honda Pilot Fit a 2020 Acura MDX

Will 2017 pilot weather tech mats fit 2020 MDX

Helpful Expert Reply:
The 2017 Pilot and the 2020 Acura MDX use different part numbers of floor mats for the front, back and cargo areas/3rd row seating. By looking at the front and the 2nd row mats, I can see some differences between the front mats, with the difference being along the left side of the passenger side mat. The rear mats look quite a bit different. I've called WeatherTech in the past attempting to differentiate the exact differences between the mats used by similar vehicles of different model years, and they are simply not willing to part with that information. They consider that proprietary information that they don't give out. WeatherTech wouldn't have bothered coming up with new part numbers if the mats were identical.
In my opinion, the front mats have the best chance of being usable in the MDX. What I would do is take the mats to the showroom when you're looking at the MDX. As long as they aren't filthy, I'm sure they won't mind you checking the fit (especially if they want to sell you a car!).
If you find they don't fit well, the # WT448391 mats you looked at would fit the floorboards of the first row of the 2020 MDX, the # WT448392 is a fit for the 2nd row, # WT448393 for the third row and # WT11AVMCB for the cargo area.
