I checked with Thule and you can install the Thule Force XXL cargo box # TH6359B on the roof of your 2015 Dodge Durango with a naked roof currently once you install a roof rack. This is a longer box at 90-1/2 inches but due to the longer length of your roof it would not hang over the glass.

For that I recommend the Thule Wingbar Evo part numbers # TH711520, # TH480R, and # THKIT1616 which gives you a great looking and aerodynamically shaped roof rack confirmed as a fit for your vehicle. Aero bars do the best job of minimizing wind noise created by roof racks so they are the way to go.

I looked at your description. Everythings fine. But this is for the short box 1. My box is long 1+2 and the back of the box hangs over the roof with no mounting support. Looking at your size chart the distance from the trunk lid to the second WingBara is 54 inches. How do I fix the first WindBar on a bare roof? Do you understand my question? Thank you

I attached an install video that shows how the mentioned roof rack installs on the roof of a similar Dodge Durango as yours for you to check out. Basically the clamps hold the feet of the rack to the door frame. The front bar will get placed 10-3/4 inches from the windshield and then from the center of that bar to the center of the rear bar will measure 29-1/2 inches. So to determine what type of clearance you'd have from the back of the cargo box measure from where the windshield meets the pillar back to the rear hatch seam and then subtract 10-3/4 inches and we'll know what type of clearance you'd have for the hatch with this cargo box. This box needs 54-3/4 inches here to allow the rear hatch to open.

We have some misunderstanding. I sent you a picture which shows the length of the box and the length of the roof of my car. I do not understand how I attach the box on car body to the bare roof?

The cargo box needs a set of crossbars that run from left to right installed on the vehicle to mount. That's what the Thule rack part # # TH711520, # TH480R, and # THKIT1616 I recommended provides. This attaches to your bare roof and gives you a set of bars for the box to attach to. Since the picture you submitted shows that your total roof length is 101 inches this box would easily fit without hanging over the rear of the vehicle.
