Question:
I need a honda crv 2005/2006 spare tire cover. My wheel size is 215/65/16. What size spare tire cover should I get? Also, for hubcap size is it equivalent to the 16inch in that series of numbers?

The spare tire 215/65/16 on the 2005/2006 Honda CR-V is 27" diameter so you would need a spare tire cover that fits the 27" diameter tire.
I recommend Rampage Black Spare Tire Cover part # RA772901 for the Honda CR-V because they are UV-resistant and seem to have a better fit and construction compared to the other options according to existing customers.
Another nice option is the Classic Accessories White Spare Tire cover part # 052963751307 if you'd rather have white.
I attached a link of all the spare tire covers that will fit your vehicle. You are correct, the 16 number indicates the wheel size or hub cap size.
