Roof side rails aren't available as an aftermarket product for your 2019 Chevy Equinox. This might be something that Chevy could provide you with as a factory/OEM product but it's not a component that's typically available for any vehicle (not just your Equinox) in the aftermarket world like what you see with crossbars.

If you are wanting to add a roof rack system to your Equinox we do still have some great options that are designed to mount to the naked roof. For this I highly recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex System that consists of # RRVA118B-2 for the two 46" Vortex Aero Crossbars in Black or # RRVA118S-2 for Silver, # RRRCL4 for the RCL Legs, and # RRRCP62-BK for the Custom Fit Kit.

This particular system uses OEM fixed mounting points on the roof instead of a clamp-on design like with the other racks available for your vehicle. This allows you to maintain a sleeker appearance that's closer to what you would find right out of the Chevy factory. The aero-style bars will provide an extremely quiet ride and their durable aluminum constructions gives you a 165 pound weight capacity.

I have included a short video review that you can check out as well.

Side rails for a luggage rack are only available from the manufacturer so you would need to contact your Chevy dealer to get the factory side rails. If you want to add aftermarket rails like the Rhino-Rack RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks - Rivet Mount - 43-1/2" Long - Qty 2 # RTS507 then you would need to drill holes and rivet mount it to your roof. This does not give you a specific capacity for your roof because your roof will not be rated for rails like these. Then you could add feet and rails or feet and a platform.
