I would love to help but not all 10,000 lb electric winches will use the same size fuse or circuit breaker. The correct size fuse/circuit breaker that is needed will be determined by the manufacturer. For example, the Bulldog Winch Integrated Off-Road Winch part # BDW10005 that we offer which has a 10,000 lb rating uses a 400 amp fuse, the ANL Fuse Holder and 400 Amp Fuse for Bulldog Winch Off-Road Winches part # BDW203547 in particular. We also have wiring kits for these winches as well, the Bulldog Winch Front Wiring Kit part # BDW20347.
