Do they make and end cap for the RM model to cover the opening when not used for towing like they have for the XL and MX plates?

The Roadmaster cover part # RM-200-5 is the correct cover for the base plate kit part # RM-3176-1 that you have when the removable arms are removed. The XL kits from Roadmaster are now known as the Crossbar Style like what you referenced.
