If the wires pulled out from one of the 4-Way connectors and you cannot access the inside of the 4-Way housing to re-attach the wires, what you can do is add a new 4-Way. You can use the Quick Fix(TM) 4 Pole Flat Car and Trailer Ends, # 48195. With this kit you get one trailer end and one vehicle end.
All you have to do is place the wires in the appropriate location and close the lid on it. The vehicle side has one exposed pin and that is for the white ground wire. Next to it will be the brown running light wire, followed by the yellow left turn and brake wire, and last is the green right turn and brake wire.
The trailer side has one covered pin and that is for the white ground wire. Next to that will be brown, followed by yellow, and then green at the other end.

How could I extend the turn signal light wiring on my magnetic lights? It's the wires between the turn/brake signals that are not quite long enough. Do it with the 4 wire part? Thanks!
