What is the BEST tuner for my 2016 Silverado, 2500, 6.0? Focused on towing and torque. Prefer to stay below $400. Thanks guys!

The best option for you is the Edge EvoHT2 part # EP26040. This will give you up to 21 additional horsepower and 30 ft lbs of torque and fits your budget easily. An additional 30 ft lbs of torque will make a big difference for towing and will help improve fuel mileage as well. There isn't a tuner out there that's going to give you more power or cost less so this is best option for you.
