The difference is the year GM trucks they fit. The part BAK Revolver part # BAK39120 fits:
2014 - 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 5-1/2 Foot Bed
2014 - 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5-1/2 Foot Bed
And then the part # BAK39130 fits the newer versions of the same truck basically:
2019 - 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 5-3/4 Foot Bed
2019 - 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5-3/4 Foot Bed
