I have a 2018 toyota tacoma with a ranch hand legend grill guard. Will this winch tray fit without having to remove the ranch hand guard. If not is there a way to make it fit?

For your 2018 Toyota Tacoma, the Westin MAX Winch Mounting Tray - Black Powder Coated Steel 46-23885 (NO LONGER AVAILBLE) is a confirmed to your vehicle, but unfortunately is not confirmed to fit your grille guard.
The only option I can give you to confirm a fit of a winch tray with grille guard is to replace your current grille guard with the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard with Winch Plate - 1 Piece - Black Powder Coated Steel # 40-93885. It will mount in the same location, but obviously is not the same manufacturer so parts are not interchangeable.
