do they make a replacement inner tube that is 4 1/2? my inner tube is 4 1/2 inch on a 46 ft Pace Bigfoot enclosed trailer

The only replacement gooseneck coupler inner tube that we carry which has the 4-1/2" outside tube measurement is the Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler # BD0287690300. This is a round coupler that has a weight rating of 20,000 lbs and fits over a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
If instead you have a square coupler the only option we have to offer is an entire replacement like with th Ram # GCSQ-25008 which is rated for 25,000 lbs and a 2-5/16" hitch ball. This comes with both the inner and outer tubes which are smaller than what you currently have meaning you would need to have your current outer tube replaced.
